Essex Mobile Libraries
Essex Libraries are on the move with a fleet of Mobile libraries visiting rural communities plus many residential homes. They carry a wide range of books and DVDs for adults and children and if you can’t find what you want it can be ordered. Items borrowed from a mobile library can also be returned to any other Essex library.
All our mobile libraries are wheel-chair accessible and friendly staff can help find what you are looking for.

The Mobile Library offers a fortnightly schedule but we visit Nazeing every week. On week one we visit on a Thursday and stop at Hyde Mead House from 1.45 to 2.15. The following week (week two) there are stops on Tuesdays at Allmains Road, Bumbles Green, from 3.05 to 3.20, and then at Lower Nazeing in St Giles Church car park from 3.25 to 4.25.
